Cancellation Policy
How to Cancel an Order on victorsports.in
- You may cancel your order if it has not been processed or approved by us.
- Orders that are already processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
- victorsports.in reserves the right to determine whether an order has been processed; customers agree to accept our decision regarding such determination.
Steps to Cancel:

- Or email: support@victorsport.in with your order details.
Note: Orders placed during special events and promotional periods (e.g., Rakhi, Diwali, etc.) cannot be cancelled.
Orders Cancelled by victorsports.in
We may, at our sole discretion, cancel an order for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Limited availability of stock.
- Errors in pricing or product information.
- Issues flagged by our credit and fraud prevention department.
- Missing verifications or required information from the customer.
If your order is cancelled after your payment has been processed, the charged amount will be refunded to you within 10 business days.
Refunds for Cancellation
- For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking, the refund will be credited back to the original account/card.
- Refunds are typically processed and credited to your account within 10 business days.
Defective or Damaged Products
- You must notify us of any defective or damaged product within 24 hours of delivery.
- We will arrange for the product to be replaced at no extra cost to you.
- If the issue is not reported within 24 hours of delivery, victorsports.in will not be liable to replace the product.
