At victorsport.in, you have 7 days from the delivery of your item to start a return. This page covers our return window, eligibility, and shipping charges — see our Refund & Replacement Policy for how refunds and replacements are processed once a return is received.
Return Window
Returns must be requested within 7 days of the delivery date. Requests made after this window cannot be accepted.
Eligibility for Return
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact:
Rackets – Unused, plastic wrap on handle, no marks on strings or bumper guard, MRP tag included.
Shoes – Unworn, in original shoe box, MRP tag attached.
Apparel – Unwashed, unworn, tags intact.
Accessories – Unused, in original packaging with labels intact.
We reserve the right to reject a return if the product packaging is opened, the product appears used, or it is not returned in its original condition.
Return Shipping Charges
A flat return shipping charge of ₹29 applies per return (charged once per return; this does not apply to in-store/POS returns). If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or a shipping error on our part, we'll arrange pickup at no additional cost to you.
We do not currently charge a restocking fee on eligible returns.
Final Sale / Non-Returnable Items
Certain products — including select socks, grips, and other hygiene or customized items — are marked as Final Sale and are not eligible for return. These products display a Non-Returnable badge next to the title on their product page. Please check for this badge before ordering.
How to Start a Return
Contact our customer service team first — they'll confirm eligibility and walk you through the steps. You'll need:
The original invoice | Photos (if the item is defective) | Original packaging intact
Please Note: For any claim involving a damaged, incorrect, or missing item, we require a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened and the product being inspected. Claims cannot be processed without this video.
